Camping de Island
Camping de Island held Saturday-Monday, 2-4 March 2013, an activity that is initiated and implemented by the Department of Culture and tourism Belitung timur Regency, in order to increase the number of tourist visits to Belitung Timur. A total of 40 people are following the event, with a variety of backgrounds, ranging from Tour Operators, Hotel to travelers who knowingly attend this event. This activity is so special because it is not only attended by participants from within the country, 2 participants from Slovenia graced this event.
The concept of this activity is focused on efforts to introduce Ayam Island as a new tourist destination, the island tour. This activity is certainly very appropriate, knowing Belitung Timur archipelago consists of 70 islands which are very potential to be developed and promoted as tourist destinations.
Camping de Island strived to be an annual event, so that the other islands and not less interesting will be the main attraction for potential tourists to visit Belitung Timur. Various activities and surrounding island to do, namely Outbound, Snorkling, Diving and Fishing.
